Hello my name is Daiana and I am a wife, mom of 3, ER nurse, and small business owner. I started Daiana’s Hand Crafted Designs back in 2020 with no real plan just this desire to have my own little business. At the time I had my daughter Mia who since the day she was born wore a bow. I had this huge obsession with bows and girly things therefore I figured I’d learn to make them. I have always been very crafty so I figured I needed to put my crafts to good use. That’s when all the hair accessory making began. At the time I had also started nursing school and as nursing school progressed it got harder and demanded a lot more time therefore I had to put my business to the side and focus in my career. I graduated nursing school in December of 2022 which allowed me to finally have the free time I needed to return my focus into my small business. In 2023 is when I finally started my career full time as a nurse and also as a small business owner. It’s been so rewarding and so great to be a small business owner. I just take so much pride in all that I do and I hope that I am able to portray that through the quality of my products. I hope to continue to grow my business and hopefully one day own a small boutique where my daughter and I could both work. Thank you for taking the time to read a little glimpse of my story.
